70’s White Twill Banded Beret Hat vintage bottoms I’d be keeping it1970's white corded banded beret. Seamed crown with a left front grosgrain bow. Interior is a white twill with a petersham ribbon. No label other than a size tag of 22. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference of the band is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 15 inches.
