Pleated shoulders. gathered skirt panel. Bust 44. BELT NOT INCLUDED only to show fit. This dress was made by individual. I did a fiber burn test and narrowed it down to silk. It was self extinguishing, charred etc. And this was my best judgment. White fabric has nice shimmer, and patterned with what looks like brush strokes of various bright
