No maker's mark or stamps but tested as sterling

90's Black and Gold Rope and Velvet Waist Belt khaki jacket but I checked the VintageBraided rope details with gold and looped velvet details. Good vintage condition, some wear to the clasp on the back. 29 32" Waist
