Hubert Lignier Charmes Chambertin Paloma but is a certain celPRE ORDER About Winery Founded around 1880 by Jacques Lignier in Morey Saint Denis, Domaine Hubert Lignier is a prestigious five generation Burgundy estate. Hubert Lignier expanded the estate in the 1960s, gaining fame for structured Pinot Noir. After the tragic 2004 passing of winemaker son Romain, Laurent Lignier took over, transitioning the 9 hectare estate to organic biodynamic practices.
