Lascaux III - Fire - Iron Flash Vase P08634-P00228 bumpy V shaped hoopWheel thrown vase. Terra sigillata, lightly burnished. Saggar fired with tin foil wrap (multiple fuming materials) in a gas fired kiln. Finished with a layer of protective Carnuba Wax, lightly buffed. This series of Saggar fired vessels was inspired by Neolithic, Iron Age and Biblical Period discoveries as seen in museums and anthropological publications.
