70's Mini Dress with Velvet Print 90s swimming trunks vintage 1970s pleated dress with1970s mini dress. The dress has a blue flowered velvet skirt . The yoke and belt are made of the same material, with a gold toned buckle. The rest of the dress is white. The dress zips up the front. Measurements: 34" bust, 26" waist, 34" hips, 30" from back of neck to bottom of sleeve, 34" from shoulder to hem.
