Brocade pattern is of lovely creeping roses

Rare find with velour with verticle stripe

some discoloration and signs of wear

90s Green Floral Day Dress by Carol Anderson size xxs The boots are a redButton front with dropped waist, sleeveless with an 8 inches ruffle laying over the shoulders. Full skirt is gathered with side seam pockets. Fabric is a soft easy flow rayon, mint green background with darker green and white flowers. Excellent condition with one issue. On the bodice right side is a small spot of soiling which I did not try to remove. I have photographed this area closely. Label is Carol Anderson. No size is indicated so please check
