60's/70's Sleeveless Belted Blue Turtleneck Dress eighties office top Under bust 32"1960s 70s maxi dress in a pretty navy blue and white floral print. Rolled turtle neck collar with tails that tie in the back behind the neck. Gathers at the neckline below the collar. The fabric is a matte satin polyester. There is nylon zipper up the back. Unlined.
