70's Pastel Yellow Three Piece Set by College Town charms necklace The overall quality of thisThis vintage skirt and vest by College Town is from the 1970s. It's a really cute 3 pce ensemble in a buttery yellow color. The top is a delicate pointelle knit short sleeved sweater. The vest has four buttons up the front and two pockets and an adjustable strap in back for a perfect fit. The skirt is an a line, with vent in front at center of the hem. It has a zipper up the back and four belt loops. The skirt and vest are made of polyester and can be
