The top half is a bit oversize, and more fitted thru the skirt. Big chunky buttons down the back of the top. Both pieces are attached underneath. It would look so cute worn with some white knee socks and chunky black boots or platforms. In great condition, theres one tiny spot on the lace but no other noted flaws.
