70's Floral Flower Power Belted Maxi Skirt baby gift these are a vintage 12Vtg 1970s flower power hippie floral elastic waist tie belt maxi skirt. The hem of the skirt says the fabric is from "French fabrics international original design" and has a ribbed texture. Marked a 14 but fits more like a medium, please refer to measurements. Small spot on the waistband that has not been treated, can be covered with the tie belt.
