Vane Product:Madrone Burl with Walnut Base Two additional sets of texture"Vane" is a small table with a top made from carefully matched burl veneer applied to a core of poplar plywood. The hourglass shaped base is constructed from . 125" solid wood laminations bent and glued together over a curved form. The parts of the base are doweled, glued, and screwed together, sanded with fine grit sandpaper, then finished with hand applied polyurethane. Because the pattern of burl veneer is a natural occurrence, each top will be
