70’s Dress Red and Silver Peplum victorian hats and 36" in length1970s polyester cocktail dress in red & silver. 40s inspired dress with small shoulder pads and peplum ruffle around hips. The dress has an elastic waist , loose bodice and straight skirt . Pulls over the head . The bodice has a silver sparkle design . The condition is nice . The dress was ,measured across and doubled: 34 36" bust 24 32" waist 38" hips 14" shoulders 44" length 13" sleeve
