60’s Hat, Ivory Organza Pleated Pillbox wilson athletics Pre-1994 organized serial number: 952-29121965 ivory pleated pillbox. A stiff net base secures the shape, covered with pleated ivory organza fabric, topped with a thick veiling that comes just below the edge. Interior is finished with a taupe petersham ribbon.
