80’s Does 20's Black Beaded Overlay Dress roses novelty print shoulder - 14"Lovely black chiffon with embroidered black floral pattern enhanced with bugle beads on over lay top. Crepe underlay dress is a bit forgiving with some stretch. 3 4 length sleeve with split detail. Beautiful drape. No fabric damage. Extremely minor bead loss unnoticeable when worn. All measurements are taken flat so please compare to an item you own. Shoulder 16 Pit to pit 21. 5 Waist hip 20 Length from shoulder to hem 55 All items are freshly steamed
