It features dramatic and romantic flaring bell sleeve and a flattering empire waistline that can be adjusted by a drawstring (drawstring is hand made in same red fabric as dress). It has a babydoll type silhouette with a long length that would be floor length on a shorter person or mid calf length on a taller person. It
