I believe that both sides of this shirt could be worn in the front. On the actual front: pleating and a high neck (photos 3 5). On the actual back: two button closure at the top. There is a tie neck that can be worn in the front (see photos 1 & 2) or, if you wear the back of the shirt in the front, as a pussy bow (photos 10 &11) (best to do this with the top button unbuttoned).
