60's Pastel Multicolor Wrapped Cloche Hat by Mr. T leather jeans The only thing to note1960s turban hat by Mr. T in a lovely pastel rainbow of silk strips wrapped around a polka dot net base. It has a cute silk ribbon bow in back. Size 22. Good condition. There are a few very tiny holes in the silk on one of the strips.
