The bottom scalloped ruffle is decorated with embroidered rosebuds and vines in a pale pink color. So pretty peaking out from under a full skirt or dress! Made by Fantasy Lingerie "The Image of Perfection". Good condition with the exception of the elastic at the waist which is stretched out.
