tiny lil brown and white stripe ruffle dress vintage outside is stretchy kinda butidk if this should be considered a dress. its probably not. barely covers anything. but i want it to be a dress for a short person (i am 59). no tag sadly. open on the sides n it has 4 ties, u tie 2 in the front and 2 in the back. ruffles r long on the sides. shoulder width 12 inches. hip seam 34 inches. armpit hole length is 16 inches. total length is 25 inches to the shortest part and 30 on the sides.
