Yellow Split Brim Church Hat green velvet 1980’s Bill Blass yellow hatBright yellow polypropylene wide brim statement hat trimmed in sheer yellow netting and braid. 2 3 4 inch looped layer of sheer netting along the edge underneath a matching silk braid. Same netting creates a huge bow on the left side of the split brim with the right side turned up to the crown. Only a partial piece of the label remains. Inner circumference is 22 1 2 so this is for a larger head. Brim extends 4 inches not counting the attached net
