70's Blue Enameled Stretch Belt wool plaid maxi Mademoiselle Ricci was Launched inNavy blue wide stretch belt with a large basket weave center clasp, blue enameled and trimmed in gold. Back of the clasp is marked but the only thing I can make out is USA. Excellent condition showing little to no wear. Length runs approximately 31 39" Width 2" Alley Cats Vintage is a Member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.
