This issue, #3, features interviews with The Hope Conspiracy, Count Me Out, and Rain On The Parade, as well as plenty of demo reviews, photos, and great ads, as well as a fiery fan mail section responding to a negative review of In My Eyes in the previous issue. This original copy of Cut The Tension is in great condition.
