Most 30's quilts ere straight set with sashings and a plain border. Using two different sizes of petals and an applique border gives the quilt more interest. The applique is fused and machine stitched, but can be made using any applique method. Finished size 60 x 72 Designed by Claudia Pruett Atchison.
