Kellybrook Full Moon Chardonnay 2024 mount-benson When will it really startFermented and matured for 9 months in French oak (20% new) with a small portion going through malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Drifting through the nostrils with plenty of intensity are aromas of white peach, nectarine, bees wax and cashew followed by hints of crme brulee, nougat and spice.
