1973-1974 Avon Collectors Pipe Decanter Bottle- Empty polished perfection This is a classic tasselThis Avon Collectors Pipe Decanter was introduced circa 1973 74. The pipe features a brown glass bowl in the shape of a soldiers head. According to the original box, this pipe was inspired by a one of a kind pipe that had been carved by a Union soldier in the 1860s. The pipe stem is dark brown plastic accented by a gold band. It measures approximately 7 and is in excellent vintage condition.
