Footnote: The Inter Allied Victory Medal was instituted on October 6, 1920, after a proposal by French Marshal Ferdinand Foch at the Versailles Conference in 1918, where the attendees decided that all the allied nations were to create a commemorative medal, in honour of those who took part in
