Nice sepia photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment dated September 13, 1918. Size is 7. 2 x 9. 2 inches, with some scratches, a small loss of paper over the lower right border, in very good condition. Photographs signed by Caruso's only legal wife are very scarce.
