A bronze, circular medal, the obverse shows the bust of the Archduke wearing the Order of German Knights garments, the numbers 18 and 94 on either side of the bust, the inscription EVGENIVS D. G. ARCH. AVST. ORD. TEVT. SVRP. MAG. surrounds the bust, the reverse presents the Archdukes coat of arms, adorned by a helmet and the chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece and the inscription IVSTE ET FIRMITER, surrounding this is
