Blind Corner Nouveau 2023 white-wine violet and licoriceBlind Corners compulsively drinkable Nouveau is sourced from a small parcel of 20+ year old Shiraz vines rooted in the sandy, rocky soils of the Goulds organic and biodynamic certified Wilyabrup home vineyard, just four kilometres from the Indian Ocean. The fruit was picked and immediately placed in a closed fermenter. After 14 days sealed up, the fruit was crushed by foot and pressed to seasoned barriques where it matured for six months before
