Freis Newly Listed Landsman Law began serving aboardA multi piece construction badge of bronze and multi coloured enamels, the obverse bears 4W on a shield of red and white enamels (the colours of the Latvian flag), superimposed over two upwards facing crossed rifles and topped with the symbol of the armed forces of Latvia in red and white enamels and gilded bronze, all on a background of an oak leaf wreath tied with a ribbon at the bottom, the reverse is plain with a screwback, the screw plate reads
