A Red Cross Honour Decoration, 1St Class Commander, By V.mayer, C.1923 Newly Listed WWI Officer's Orilux Trench TorchOf red enamels, inscribed Patriae Ac Humanitati (Latin For Country and Humanity) in silver lettering; the reverse with a white enameled medallion, inscribed 1923, surrounded by a ring of red enamels; on a broad ring for suspension, with its correct replacement ribbon marked with the Austrian mark for 935 silver content on the ring, with 935, the same Austrian silver mark, and VM for Vincent Mayer on the suspension ring attached to the cross; measuring
