Coming from a cracking vintage, this chardonnay heroes the Yarra Valley fruit, with with just a touch of oak exposure. Pair with simple salmon preparations (simply poached or with a buttery sauce), caesar salad or chicken salads that include peach, mango or macadamia nuts.
