Chapoutier Ermitage Blanc ‘De L’Orée’ 2015 pre Colorino and CanaioloIntense golden yellow in color, with green hints, this wine offers intense aromas of hot pebbles, caramel, ripe lemon, acacia and hawthorn. On the palate, it is full bodied and very complex, with notes of ripe fruit, spices and toast. Long, fresh finish. foie gras, toast with black truffles, roast chicken with a cream sauce and filet mignon.
