with an attached paper in black ink explaining Hermann Göring’s reception in Vienna being greeting by Arthur Seyß-Inquart at the parliament building

The formal meeting of the new and expanded organization took place on August 15

with the two ends held together by a white ribbon which is finished in a bow-tie
