From two vineyards – Berezábal + Odaiza – covering 6 hectares at 700 metres above sea level with a southern aspect (ie huge diurnal temperature fluctuation)
The vines were planted in 1952 and are dry grown on deep sand
Smith & Hooper Pinot Grigio 2025 francs-cotes-de-bordeaux-aoc An excellent aperitif winePale lemon with lime hues. Aromas of fresh pear juice, cinnamon, cloves and hints of green apple. The flavours continue on the palate where they are joined with freshly baked apple pie flavours creating a succulent and moreish palate. The wine finishes with lingering acid and a hint of musk.
