Instituted in 1942. Three piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, black and white enamels, designed in the shape of a Maltese Cross with crossed swords, the obverse centrepiece bearing a swastika fronted by a Wolfsangel rune, the insignia above two branches of oak leaves, reverse centrepiece inscribed "MUSSERT 1941", inscribed "HOU EN TROU" (Loyal and True) above,
