Underneath is a layer of cacao and earthiness paying homage to the site. Deep ruby in appearance the Print Shiraz has a complex palate is medium bodied with a balance of fruit and savoury spice supported by soft acidity light fine grippy tannins. The 2019 Print Shiraz pairs best with Braised Beef cheeks or lamb shanks in red wine
