A Heer Marksmanship Lanyard, Grade 3, consisting of an aluminum insignia in the form of a pebbled shield bearing a raised Heer style German national eagle, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), affixed with all four reverse attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, with each end completing in a loop for uniform attachment, with two stylized acorns of identical
