Constructed of a black and maroon rayon base, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered white shield topped by a yellow machine embroidered inscription of LATVIJA, doubled maker marked LENTA, RIGA, measuring 75 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), a Latvian made insignia in unissued and extremely fine condition.
