Kyanite Ring, Mandarin Faceted Oval, 925 Silver, r2 sardonyx Peacock Pendant | 925 SterlingThis is a magnificent stone ~ an Orange Kyanite of Gem Quality with only a few tiny inclusions. It's the first of this quality that I've seen. Orange Gemstones are pretty rare generally, and a lot more expensive. I'm calling this 'Mandarin Kyanite ' as it reminds so much of Mandarin Garnet. Kyanite is a little bit softer than Garnet. It's perfectly fine in a ring but I'd advise keeping it away from soapy water and be careful not to rummage around with
