An attractive French manufactured award with fine attention to detail, in Gold with a six armed white enamelled cross with ball finals, affixed to a solid multi rayed Gold plate exhibiting hand engraved rays, with three pink enamelled roses on green laurels in each quadrant, obverse centre exhibiting the hand chiseled cypher of Pedro I, blue enamelled surround with the Motto AMOR E FIDELIDADE
