JOHNSON" on the reverse, 44. 5 mm x 49. 2 mm, vertical pinback, scattered spotting, near extremely fine. In its glassine packet of issue, maker marked "JOHNSON MILANO ROMA" on the front, undulated, packet near very fine. Footnote: This badge was introduced on May 27, 1944 and was awarded for thirty months of embarkation or 3,000 hours of navigation and three war engagements.
