An HJ bicycle pennant, constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth, overlaid by double sided central white cotton rayon cloth tresse, in turn bearing double sided white diamonds of identical construction which are stitched with black wool mobile swastikas, stamped on each side by an illegible HJ Bann mark, the hoist edge retaining two brass rings, measuring 22. 5 cm (w) x 14 cm (h), demonstrating minor soiling throughout the
