Piedra Fluida Islas Canarias Tinto Vidal 2021 pet-nat lime in the aftertaste100% Listn Negro from a single vineyard, Finca Vidal, in Santa rsula, located at 600 meters of altitude overlooking the sea. The vines are 80+ years old and planted traditionally in low trellised vines on terraces. The grapes are fermented whole cluster in open oak casks. After fermentation the wine is racked to 500l French oak casks, where it ages for 8 months before bottling. Tasting notes: When the vines get older, Piedra Fluida reds get redder.
