A cool flowering period led to small yields, while a long, warm summer ensured excellent fruit quality, resulting in a wine with both intensity and elegance. Handpicked and gently pressed, the juice was fermented using a mix of organic and wild yeasts in stainless steel and seasoned barriques, enhancing both
