Germany, Kriegsmarine. A High Seas Fleet Badge, By Schwerin Newly Listed measuring 375 mm in total(Flottenkriegsabzeichen). Constructed of gilded tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle, with a frontal depiction of a battleship cutting through waves, the reverse with a block hinge and flat wire catch, designer marked ADOLF BOCK, maker marked SCHWERIN, BERLIN, measuring 43. 89 mm (w) x 57. 02 mm (h), weighing 31. 9 grams, the obverse swastika has been ground out
