His winemaking style is definitely more old world than new and the aim is always to showcase high quality, cool climate fruit. This wine is made from a couple sites across Beechworth and is aged in small format French oak with a small portion of new barrels in the mix. Savoury, fleshy, nutty and rich, this is classically stunning Beechworth Chardonnay.
