Portugal, Republic. An Order Of Prince Henry The Navigator, Ii Class Grand Officer Star Newly Listed engraved "PAST PRES(Ordem do Infante Dom Henrique). Instituted in 1960. Four piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with red, white and black enamels, centered upon a nine pointed silver star base, each star point with a central peak and incorporating two ribs butting the insignia, all of which is mounted to a nine pointed silver exploding star convex base, each star point with nine emanating rays, with a single point between each star point and supporting the
