Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of dark plum, liquorice and apricot mix with some smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper. Juicy dark plum and liquorice fruits meld into blackberry, spicy vanillin cedar and fennel characters. Fleshy texture, lively acidity and polished tannins with a fresh, succulent finish. Drink over
